Anxiety is a condition that usually arises with excess stress and worry. It is usually the feared possibility of the consequences of an action that brings about anxiety. The people who get anxious are always worrying about the bad things that might happen and thus create an environment of fear in their minds.
Anxiety comes in many forms. Some suffer from panic disorder where there are unpredictable attacks of panic on the person, with its physiological consequences, while some others feel helpless in an embarrassing situation and this is agoraphobia. There are also others suffering from various other phobias like fear of heights, insects and water. Some feel that they are always watched by others, and thus suffer from social anxiety disorder. People who have undergone some traumatic event in their past suffer from post traumatic stress disorder. Some people perform repeated and ritualistic behaviors to rid themselves of obsessive compulsive disorders and the most common form of anxiety is generalized anxiety disorder. These people are usually over anxious of a situation and may end up in some major depressive disorder.
As it can be seen, anxiety comes in many forms, and the first step to be taken in the treatment of anxiety lies in finding out what the cause is. Once the reason of the anxiety has been found out, it proves to be rather easy to cure anxiety. It is best to avoid these situations as much as possible in the beginning of your treatment so that there is no feeling of anxiety at all.
It may be needed to approach a psychiatrist to help in the treatment of anxiety. Under their guidance, you learn to handle anxiety attacks in three steps; before, during and after the anxiety attack.
A person who suffers from anxiety should not set self-defeating goals. It is instead better to set productive and possible goals that improve one’s thought and action. With this step, the patient learns to gain better control over oneself and thus overcome anxiety. When suffering from a bout of anxiety, it is better to calm oneself naturally rather than trying to fight or control one’s anxious feelings.
Someone with anxiety should work at producing positive thoughts in the mind. Once pessimistic or unpleasant thoughts enter the mind, it is better to divert oneself and think of other situations with vivid, optimistic pictures. If possible, it proves to be better to think positive thought of these pessimistic thoughts, using objective words.

Until recently, protein has received little attention. Like a quiet child in a classroom of rowdies, it is often overshadowed by fat, carbohydrates, and vitamins. That’s changing. Lately there’s been an explosion of interest in protein, largely triggered by high-protein diets for weight loss (which we would never recommend).
When talking about nutrition, there are three major components that make up the food on your plate, carbohydrates protein and fat. Adults should get 45 percent to 65 percent of their calories from carbohydrates, 20 percent to 35 percent from fat, and 10 to 35 percent from protein. Acceptable ranges for children are similar to those for adults, except that infants and younger children need a slightly higher proportion of fat (25 %-40%).
Some of the protein you eat contains all the amino acids needed to build new proteins. This kind is called complete protein. Animal sources of protein tend to be complete. Other protein sources lack one or more amino acids that the body can’t make from scratch or create by modifying another amino acid. Called incomplete proteins, these usually come from fruits, vegetables, grains, and nuts.
Vegetarians need to be aware of this. To get all the amino acids needed to make new protein - and thus to keep the body’s systems in good shape - people who don’t eat meat, fish, poultry, eggs, or dairy products should eat a variety of protein-containing foods each day.
What can be said about protein when pairing it with a healthy life style? Make sure you are getting daily share of it, plain and simple. Don’t be like the millions of people around the world who are ignorant to its importance.

Feeling anxious every now and then is normal for everyone. What is not normal, is if it controls your whole life and it affects your choices in a negative way. If this happens, then you should seek professional advice as Anxiety is a condition that needs medical attention.
Anxiety can be healed non-medically but for some advanced cases, either a physician or a psychiatrist may need to be summoned. To free yourself from anxiety, you can try the good old method of easy and correct breathing. If you feel that you are close to succumbing to anxiety, breath as calmly as you possibly can. Do it until you can sense that your breathing and heartbeat becomes normal again.
Making decisions during the early phases of your anxiety can be dangerous. Your decision at that point may not be correct and certainly may not be the wisest. Try clearing your mind. If you are gripped with anxiety, you may act overly impulsive. Try to calm down and free your mind. Whisk away all your worries and try to focus more on the problem at hand.
You have to slow things down as an anxious person will have a tendency is to hurry things up. Anxiety triggers adrenaline that can make a person have the necessary power to think and work in a single snap. This may affect a person in a positive or negative way but it its best to think before you act.
Do not heed the anxious voice you hear at the back of your head. Most of the time, anxiety arises in the way you perceive things. Anxiety is both felt and thought. Try not to think of things that will make matters worst and exaggerate things all the more.
Solicit the help of your family and friends. When anxiety strikes, that’s the time you needed somebody the most. They should be able to lead you towards the right path. During this time, your own judgment is not that accurate, so you cannot really trust it. Shift your trust to somebody you deeply know.
Anxiety has to be taken out of your senses because it could just lead you to a situation far more dangerous situation than you could have ever imagined. Be mentally sound at all times and there is never a need to be anxious.
