Foods like these are depleted of their natural nutrients and give the individual nothing much except for empty calories. Besides causing fatigue they can lead to obesity and a host of many other health complications. Lack of the B vitamins, zinc, and folic acid are a result in tiredness and mental depression. Low blood pressure, low blood sugar levels, and extra drugs in foods such as added colors and flavors. I will recommend eating small meals throughout the day; you never want your blood sugar levels to drop too low. Also, try eating raw natural foods. Eliminate foods that are processed. One good example of natural food include seeds. It is said that seeds will grow again in your body, rejuvenating it. Seeds, nuts, and vegetables are essential to add to your diet. Remember to not have one food as your staple but always incorporate a variety into your diet.
