1. Begin Looking at Exercise Differently. Think of exercise as a way of life. Do not look as exercise as a chore or task that hurts you. Exercise is probably the most inexpensive and fun thing you can do for your life. Find something in exercise that you enjoy doing such as meeting new people, getting out of work, or your means of stress relief. It will be like brushing your teeth or eating breakfast. The sooner you view exercise as a activity of health and way of life, the sooner your results will show up.

2. Think Small. This is probably the hardest part of exercise for people to understand and follow through with. Most people want the results to happen now and start their workout program going all out. This is the number 1 reason men and women stop exercising. They expect too much. Breakdown your goals into sections or parts and choose some realistic goals. Before you know it, you lost
those annoying 10 pounds and or health has improved ten fold.

3. Get A Workout Partner. If there is somebody waiting for you at the gym, the same time you are supposed to be there, you can bet you will be there 100% of the time to workout with him or her. It also can be immediately physically result producing since you will automatically be pushing each other to do better and better.

4. Change Your Workout More Often. Change: The essence of goal attainment. If you modify your workout more often, you will undoubtedly see changes. It prevents your muscles from getting stagnant and gets the doldrums out of working out.

5. Hire A Personal Trainer. Are you spending too much time at the gym and not seeing changes? You may be overworking certain muscles and not use others at all. Are you performing all exercises correctly? The slightest movement will do wonders for shaping and acquiring the look you want. A personal trainer will know exactly what to do to help you get results.

6. Workout At A Different Time Of Day. Rearrange your schedule to workout at different time of day. This will put a huge shock to your body and mind set regarding exercise.

7. Plan To Exercise For A Minimum Of Six Months. The whole idea regarding exercising is to get the results you desire and create a healthier you. The sure- fire way to do this is to consistently do it over a period of time. When commencing on an exercise program, regardless of your goals, you will need do this for a minimum of 6 months. Everyone experiences problems in their life, but sometimes it seems as if the world is crashing down on you. For anyone who feels this way, there is some good news. You are not alone! This article is intended to keep you under control even during the worst of times. I will give you examples of problems that can go wrong, steps to overcoming your problem, and words of encouragement to get you in a positive mental state.

Sometimes we go through periods when everything we do seems to be a failure. Even though it may all be in your head, it can severely damage your self-esteem which could eventually lead to health, financial, and social problems. Success in all three of these categories is what person aims for in life and if one is lacking, the rest will follow. Problems can sometimes be out your control and finding a way to move forward seems impossible.

The first thing you need to realize is that these small problems will make you stronger when all is said and done. Maybe someone will one day ask you for advice because they know you went through the same problems that they are currently going through. You need to set small, obtainable goals that will eventually tear away at the bigger problems you are facing. It is also very important that you have a positive social support cast. This doesn`t mean that you should cry to people about your problems but you should at least go out and have a little fun to get your mind off of the problem itself.

Keep a positive attitude and keep moving forward under every circumstance. It`s very easy to start complaining and blame others for problems outside of your control, but keep going and the problem will diminish over time. It`s also easy to just give up hoping someone or something will carry you through these rough times. Don`t sit around waiting for that, do something about it now.

Life is rough and when you get to the lowest point, you just want to quit. Right now my life has reached that lowest point which inspired me to write this article. I know that eventually my life will get better and someone will need some words of encouragement to feed off of. Don`t sit around hoping your problems will fade away because they wont. You must be willing to get yourself off the floor so to speak and move forward no matter how bad the situation is. Keep your head up and stay hungry. Peace.

Name: Andy Keiller
Age: 19
Location: Bolton, England

The only competition Andy competed in was was “The Stars of Tomorrow 2005″ where he came in first place in the junior class. The next show that he is preparing for is the “Mr.Britain” in October. His motivation is being titled junior Mr.Britain, as well as the coverage in magazines, and qualifying for bigger contests held in Europe such as “Mr.Universe.”

Andy has a nice, natural physique that can be compared to that of a younger Bob Cicherillo. This kid trains smart and also uses his head in the kitchen. Expect to see him turning pro by the age of 25.

Zach: Age?

Andy: 19.

Zach: You`re from Britain right?

Andy: Yep

Zach: What all contests have you been in and what were there placings?

Andy: I`ve only been in the “Stars of Tomorrow 2005″ where I came in first for the junior class.

Zach: Not bad. What show are you preparing for next and what is your motivation for it?

Andy: The next show is the “Mr.Britain in October”. My motivation is being titled junior Mr.Britain as well as the coverage in magazines and qualifying for bigger contests held in europe such as “Mr.Universe.”

Andy: Plus i love bodybuilding; It`s my life.

Zach says: Awesome man, good to here that! So your out to win “Mr.Universe?” What about Mr. Olympia?” What does the IFBB mean to you?

Andy: Well as far as the “Mr.Universe” goes, that would also be the junior title, which I do aspire to win, but im only thinking as far as the “Mr.Britain.” I`m not going to get ahead of myself and cloud my concentration for one contest by thinking about another. The “Mr. Olympia” is the same way. It`s a dream but not something i think about right now.

Andy: The IFBB? Thats a good question. I guess it means quite alot to me as I`ve followed the history of it and I also follow professional bodybuilding closer than most.

Zach: What all bodybuilders have inspired you over the years?

Andy : Victor Martinez, Arnold , Flex Lewis, and many others.

Zach: I like all of them guys too! Is there any specific advice you would like to give to the readers?

Andy: The best advice someone can give is, “Dont get set in your ways. Just because one method of training provides gains does not mean that another won`t. Some people train for years using one method when a different program would provide them with superior gains. Bodybuilding is all about trial and error. Dont be afraid to try something that doesn`t seen as ‘the norm’ or as a ‘recognized’ method.”

Andy: Also…

Andy: Set goals for yourself, that is the best way to keep progressing. If you have something to work for you must keep striving until you’ve reached your target.

Zach: What all supplements are you currently taking and which ones would you be taking if you had a million dollars to spend on all of them?

Andy: I currently take Optimum Nutrition`s 100% Whey Protein and that`s it.

Andy: I don`t load up on supplements that much but if I had a million bucks to blow on supplments, I`d be buying Isa-test by Isatori; It`s a very good quality supplement. I`d also buy more protein, and im tempted to try Muscle Tech`s Thermogain, Pump Tech, Gakic, and may even try the Luekic also. I`m not listening to the haters on the internet, I always want to find out for myself.

Zach: What is your current ab routine?

Zach: That is my last question by the way.

Andy: My current ab routine is no sets of no reps.

Andy: I`m not training them right now.

Andy: Boring answer i know.

Zach: Haha, well whatever works for you.

Zach: Well thanks for the time Andy and good luck with the contest prep.

Andy: Your welcome.
