For as long as I can remember, anxiety has been a problem for me. Even though I have regular friends whom I am comfortable around, talking to new people has always been a challenge for me. I always feel awkward and sometimes get dizzy. Because of this, I tend to keep to myself and avoid talking to other people whenever possible.
This has been a problem for me my entire life. Honestly, one that seems to get worse as time goes on. I’ve learned to deal with most of the problems that stem from my social anxiety. Assaulting myself with alcohol is my favorite choice when forced to socialize with others. I always feel looser and more relaxed.
Alcohol didn’t cure what bothered me the most. This is why I was always on the lookout for other supplements such as sulbutiamine. Even though I am only 26, I have always had performance problems with women. Whenever I was able to get a women to come home with me, usually I was pretty drunk at the time, I would be too nervous and feel too awkward to perform. The alcohol probably hurt me just as much as it helped me.
I have tried other natural supplements such as Bacopa and Ashwaghanda but they didn’t provide me with any real results. Finally I decided to purchase sulbutiamine just to see what it would do for me. I knew it was synthetic and had read about other people having success with it. That being said, I was still pretty skeptical.
The sulbutiamine I ordered finally arrived. Even though the bottle tells you to take 3 pills I took 2 the first time I tried it out. Even though I didn’t read a lot about unwanted side effects, I wanted to be safe. Thirty minutes after I had taken the dose I already noticed a difference. My overall mood improved. I had more confidence and more energy. It wasn’t an enormous difference, but it was noticeable. I actually sat down next to someone I didn’t know in class and attempted to make conversation. Even though what I said and did wasn’t any less awkward, at least I didn’t feel as nervous.
It was nice being able to socialize but I had bigger problems I needed the sulbutiamine for. I had met a girl a week ago. I really liked her but as you can guess, performance anxiety had prevented us from having sex. As with most girls, I knew she would probably become bored or frustrated if I kept having problems.
Later that week I had her over to hang out. This time I took three pills of the sulbutiamine before she came over. I also had a couple strong mixed drinks when her when she arrived. I was feeling pretty confident, and to my surprise, had no trouble performing the night. Even though I still do have issues from time to time, the incidents occur much less often after I have taken sulbutiamine. To anyone else going through the same type of things as me, I definitely think you should consider giving sulbutiamine an attempt.
Someone wrote a blog on sulbutiamine benefits and on zimbo I found an article about sulbutiamine here. Consult your medical practitioner before use.
