Solo fitness exercises can be observed for your lifetime. If you practice the art and science of solo exercising continuously, there’s a very good chance of being able to keep the weight off for life. The main disadvantage of relying on an exercise buddy is that if he or she leaves for another city, has other responsibilities or passes away, it will take some time before you will feel confident enough to train on your own.
Before you are fit to exercise again, you will have to pass various stages. This is something that you don’t have to deal with if you are used to working out on your own. In fact, when you are confronted with a death of a friend, exercise can be your solace in grief.
Learn to practice the art and science of exercising in solitude. Even if you do train with an exercise partner, just one or two sessions a week devoted for yourself is healthy for your body, mind and soul.
